Lou Yanong shares heartfelt message after leaving Century Tuna Superbods

Lou Yanong has shared a heartfelt message after announcing that she is stepping away from the Century Tuna Superbods competition.

The former Pinoy Big Brother housemate announced an Instagram post, where she thanked Century Tuna Superbods for understanding and respecting her decision.

"I thank @centurytunasuperbods for kindly understanding and respecting my decision," Lou wrote.

She also expressed her gratitude to everyone who supported her throughout what she described as her "short-lived journey."

"& to everyone who has shown me so much love and support throughout this short-lived journey, thank you from the bottom of my heart. It truly means more than you know," she added.

Aside from the caption, Lou shared a photo containing a longer statement explaining why she decided to discontinue her journey in the competition.

In the statement, she admitted that the decision did not come easily.

"I wrestled with it for days because I know what a privilege it is to be chosen as a finalist. However, after a lot of reflection, I decided to discontinue my journey due to personal and unavoidable reasons," she wrote.

Despite leaving the competition, the celebrity said she remains grateful for the opportunity to become part of Century Tuna Superbods.

"To the Century Tuna team, the competition was something I was genuinely excited about and will always be grateful for," she said.

Lou also thanked what she called her "newfound family" in Superbods for believing in her and giving her the chance to be part of something that inspires people to pursue healthier and stronger lives.

She ended her statement by saying she was humbled by everyone's kindness and wished Century Tuna Superbods and all the finalists she met nothing but success.

"I am humbled by the kindness everyone has showed me and I wish Century Tuna Superbods and all the finalists I had the pleasure of meeting nothing but success Thank you for your understanding."

The former reality star later shared another heartfelt message in the comments section, where she encouraged people to be more compassionate online.

"In this cruel world we live in, it's never too late to be kind. As this goes on, I urge everyone to be a little considerate and be kind... Words are lethal weapons. Please be kind," she wrote.

She followed it up with another comment about the effects of online criticism.

"Unless you've been on the receiving end of senseless comments, you'll never understand. And I truly, truly wish you don't."

Century Tuna Superbods also left a supportive message for Lou, saying they respected her decision and appreciated everything she contributed during the competition.

"We're sad to see you go, but we completely respect your decision, Lou. It has been an honor to witness your journey, and we're grateful for the inspiration you've shared with everyone along the way. We're so proud of everything you've accomplished and wish you nothing but the best. Keep shining, you'll always have our support!" the organization wrote.

Lou replied with another emotional message, thanking the organization for making her feel heard.

"It's healing to be heard and seen. Thank you for showing me what being Superbod really means... silent confidence and a heart that follows truth. I will forever share the same beliefs ," she responded.

Lou first rose to fame after joining Pinoy Big Brother: Otso. Since then, she has remained active on social media, where she shares updates about her fitness journey, personal life, and other endeavors.

Lou Yanong is a former Pinoy Big Brother housemate who became controversial when she kissed Andre Brouillette in one of the episodes of the show. She and Andre officially became a couple after they left the program. Unfortunately, they announced their breakup last year.

She revealed that she just cried the previous night because of her ex-boyfriend, Andre Brouillette. It had been difficult for her to move on from Andre because she loved him very much.
