He explained that the talent house serves as a safe environment where artists live, train, create content, and attend workshops designed to prepare them for bigger opportunities.

“We have our own talent house where our artists live and stay. We create content, train people, and hold workshops there. Each artist has their own room. It is a safe environment in which we train artists.”

Carancho said he recognized Smith's potential from the very beginning.

“Nakitaan ko po siya ng potential. Talagang malayo ang mararating ng batang ito.”

When asked about critics who claim Smith has changed because of her success, the talent manager firmly rejected the accusation.

“Kapag nakilala n’yo na siya, wala kang masasabing masama sa kanya.”

He went on to describe Smith as someone whose personality has remained consistent despite her growing fame.

“Napakabait na bata. Napakaayos. Talented. Magaling siyang makisama. Hanggang ngayon, ganoon pa rin po siya. Kung sino po siya noon ay same pa rin ngayon. Napakamarespeto.”

Beyond managing Smith, Carancho also handles several well-known Facebook and TikTok creators, including Miss Q&A 2026 grand finalist Andrea Lim, Zaidee Diaz, Chona Vibes, Riri Navarro, Merfect, and other digital personalities.

He believes content creators deserve the same level of professional guidance traditionally given to actors and actresses, saying proper training and patience can eventually help them transition into mainstream entertainment.

“Some people are unaware that content creators on Facebook and TikTok have managers, believing that only actresses and actors do. We see managing content creators as valuable and future-ready. Because I believe that with the right training and workshops, these content creators can break into mainstream showbiz. They are incredibly talented. But I always remind them that it will take time. They need to be patient.”
