Actor Jake Vargas looked back on one of the most unforgettable experiences of his career after recalling an incident that happened during one of his mall shows years ago.

The Pepito Manaloto star spoke about the experience while appearing on Your Honor alongside his longtime partner, Inah de Belen. During the conversation with hosts Chariz Solomon and Buboy Villar, Jake reminisced about some of the wild moments he encountered while actively participating in mall events.

Known by many of his supporters as the "Prince of Mall Shows," Jake shared that he once performed at a packed event where the overwhelming number of fans created a chaotic atmosphere.

“Isang beses nag-mall show hindi ko na alam kung saang lugar 'yun sa Cainta or basta parang nababasag na 'yung mga salamin. May mga ganun.”

He explained that the crowd was so huge that the situation became difficult to control, with fans gathering as close as possible to see him.

Jake then revealed another incident that left him completely surprised during one of those appearances.

“Siyempre sa sobrang dami ng tao, baba ako dun sa pinakamaraming tao. May parang one time, hindi ko inaasahan nahipuan ako!”

According to the actor, the unexpected moment happened so quickly that he was unable to determine who was responsible.

“'Tapos hindi ko na nakita kung sino humipo sa akin, kasi sobrang daming tao, e.”

Jake admitted that he immediately tried to search for the person by looking around the crowd. However, because of the number of people gathered and the presence of security personnel surrounding him, he was unsuccessful.

“'Tapos hinanap ko sa ilalim, siyempre ang liit ko. 'Tapos 'yung mga security ang lalaki… Hinahanap ko saan siya, hindi ko na siya nakita.”

Despite the shocking experience, Jake recounted the incident with honesty while reflecting on the realities of meeting large crowds during public appearances. His story also highlighted the challenges celebrities sometimes face when interacting closely with fans at public events.
