Ogie Diaz took to Instagram and shared his thoughts on the possibility of Maris Racal and Anthony Jennings filing a case against Jam Villanueva following the latter's exposure of an alleged cheating involving the two celebs.

He said that the two are well within their rights if they would be filing the complaint bit that would also come with the specter of getting media attention at every hearing.

He said that every hearing would mean news, and with every news, the issue would not die and would always get resurrected.

Maris Racal is a Filipina actress, singer-songwriter, host, vlogger, and endorser. She became prominent in 2014 after competing in "Pinoy Big Brother: All In," where she placed second. She was previously in a relationship with Rico Blanco, a singer-songwriter and OPM legend. Her career also shot forward after her loveteam with Anthony Jennings in Can't Buy Me Love was well-liked by fans, and her following also increased.

Recently, Maris received a grand and expensive gift from Vicki Belo. On Monday, November 11, Vicki uploaded a 16-minute vlog where she interviewed Maris. At the end of the video, however, Vicki stunned Maris when she gave her an expensive bag. The bag was from Italian luxury fashion house, Bottega Veneta, which made Maris happy.
