On Sunday, September 8, Richard took to his Instagram page to upload a heartwarming reel featuring snippets of his daughter.

At the beginning of the reel, Richard and Juliana could be seen smiling brightly as they posed for the camera in the now-viral clip.

The actor-turned-politician then greeted Juliana with a sweet birthday note, saying he and Lucy Torres are extremely proud of her.

According to Richard, his daughter has a beautiful and gentle heart and that he is thankful or all the joy that she brings to the family.

"Happy birthday, my dear Juliana! Mom and I always wish you the best in all you do and take on, and we are very proud of you. You have a beautiful, gentle heart, and I thank you for all the joy you bring. You are now a lady, my love. Take good care of yourself, love your friends, and always be good to your family. Love, Dad," he wrote.
