Sofia Andres recently reposted on her Instagram Stories the statement of Sen. Risa Hontiveros about dismissed Bamban official, Alice Guo.

In her repost, one can see the exact statement that Sen. Risa also posted in her own Facebook account earlier.

“Hindi dapat ginagawang social event ang pag-aresto sa isang puganteng sangkot sa patong-patong na kaso ng human trafficking, money laundering, fake identity, gross misconduct, illegal recruitment and detention, at corruption,” says Sen. Risa, as reposted by Sofia in her own IG Stories.

It can be recalled that the legislator recently expressed dismay over the act of some personnel of the Philippine Bureau of Immigration (BI) and National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in having a photo op with the embattled dismissed official, Alice Guo.

The former Bamban mayor was recently arrested by Indonesian authorities in Jakarta, Indonesia, and then turned over to Philippine authorities.

Subsequently, photos of Guo seemingly happily smiling with some BI and NBI personnel inside what appeared to be a vehicle, surfaced online and went viral.

Sofia Andres is an actress and endorser in the Philippines. She is truly best known for her role in the hit Kapamilya series, “Bagani.” The actress made headlines when she announced that she already has a child named Zoe with her non-showbiz partner, Daniel Miranda, a racing champion who actually comes from an affluent family.

Almost a month ago, the actress also unleashed a meaningful “life lesson” on social media. The actress and model did not say if she was just reposting it from somewhere or if she wrote it herself. According to Sofia, her life began to get better when she “stopped pouring into cups that don’t pour” into hers. She also did not say if she was trying to deliver a message to someone or was posting it for everyone’s knowledge.
