Sharon Cuneta admits being estranged from KC Concepcion in viral interview

Sharon Cuneta, the one and only 'Megastar' in the Philippines, has admitted that she and her daughter, KC Concepcion, are estranged.

During her interview with MJ Marfori, the Megastar briefly talked about her and KC's problems, before admitting they were estranged.

According to Sharon, she is "very very hurt" and that there are things that she would rather not disclose since it is between her and KC.

Halfway through her statement, Sharon said no matter what happens, a parent will always love their child and will persevere as always.

"Ano man ang problema rin namin ng panganay ko, because at this point, we're estranged, and I'm very very hurt. Pero there are things na tama na yun, there are things na amin na lang. And bali-baliktarin mo man ang mundo, mahal mo yung anak mo eh, so tiis-tiis na lang bilang nanay, pero dadating sa point na ayaw ko na ring isiksik yung sarili ko sa ayaw sakin," she said.

Sharon Cuneta, commonly known as the 'Megastar' in the local showbiz industry, is a prominent veteran celebrity in the Philippines. She is also the mother of KC Concepcion, her daughter with fellow actor Gabby Concepcion. In 1996, she tied the knot with Kiko Pangilinan.
