- Shawie also recalled how they would play badminton on the street, and revealed that it was where she spent the happiest days of her life

- However, when her mother sold the house in 2012, it broke their hearts but it was a decision that need to be made

Sharon Cuneta has taken to Instagram and shared some of the things that she really treasured, especially when she was younger.

The Megastar gave the audience a glimpse of her home which her father actually built.

"This scene in the movie Dear Heart I forwarded to this morning just to take pics of is where I grew up. My Daddy built this home in Dasma and we moved in, in 1972 or 1973."

She also shared how it broke her heart when the time came that her mom sold their home in 2012 because it was already too much to maintain.

"Now it is a totally different house. Beautiful - I drove by to see what the new owners had done with it not too long ago - but it had razed our beloved home with all of our memories and our imprints on it and I cried as my car drove away. I hope their home gives them as much happiness and joy as it did me, us. I miss my Daddy, Mommy, Kuya…I miss me."

Sharon Cuneta, commonly known as the 'Megastar' in the local showbiz industry, is a prominent veteran celebrity in the Philippines. She is also the mother of KC Concepcion, her daughter with fellow actor Gabby Concepcion. In 1996, she tied the knot with Kiko Pangilinan. Recently, she had a concert with Gabby titled, "Dear Heart," which received a really good welcome from fans.

Recently, the Megastar was interviewed by Boy Abunda on “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda.” They talked about Sharon’s former husband, Gabby Concepcion, and their daughter, KC Concepcion. Sharon said that she could have spent more time with KC during her childhood. Furthermore, Sharon said that her past rifts with KC disappear whenever they get to spend time together.

Previously, during the presscon for her movie with Alden Richards, "Family of Two," she also talked about KC Concepcion. The Megastar revealed that her daughter will not be spending Christmas with them. KC would be spending Christmas with her father, Gabby. She added that it would be the first Christmas that KC would be spending with her dad.
