Jessy Mendiola has stirred buzz on social media after she responded to a netizen who left an unsolicited comment on her page.

On Monday, December 4, Jessy took to her Instagram page, @jessymendiola, to upload a screenshot of the netizen's comment.

The said comment was about Jessy's stunning birthday photoshoot for her 31st birthday this year.

"Di na bagay sayo ganyan, may Peanut ka na... masagwa tignan," the netizen said, prompting Jessy to reply in the comment section.

"So kapag may anak bawal na maging comfortable sa sariling katawan? Stop mom/parent shaming. It's because of people like you kaya nahihiya mga ibang nanay maging comfortable at confident sa sarili nila. Just live and let live. Hindi ka naman inaagrabyado," she said.

Aside from this, Jessy wrote a lengthy message, as well, on her Instagram story about the netizen.

"Just wanted to share this. Sana matigil na ang ganitong thinking dito satin. Asawa ko nga hindi na-offend eh, ikaw pa kaya? Us moms are allowed to be confident and happy in our own skin. Let us be. We can be comfortable with ourselves and be a mom, too. Isa lang sa roles namin ang pagiging nanay. Sana mas dun tayo sa wag kalimutan din ang sarili natin kahit nanay na," she wrote.

Jessy Mendiola is an actress, product endorser, and model from the Philippines. She was one of the artists launched under Star Magic batch 15 by ABS-CBN. She went on to star in the lead role for the Filipino adaptation of the Mexican telenovela 'Maria Mercedes' which catapulted her into stardom. She is married to actor and television host, Luis Manzano, the son of showbiz legends Vilma Santos and Edu Manzano. Luis and Jessy already have a child named Isabella Rose or Baby Peanut.

As previously reported by KAMI, Jessy Mendiola tugged at the heartstrings of fellow momshies with her post. On Monday, November 20, Jessy uploaded a video that was taken from their CCTV camera. In the video, Baby Rosie could be seen hugging her mom and peppering her with kisses. This, in return, made Jessy emotional as she expressed how nice it is to be Rosie's mother.

Clad in a pink dress, Baby Rosie looked extremely adorable as she posed for the camera. Needless to say, the photos immediately made a bunch of netizens gush on social media.
