The Philippine candidate, instead of exiting along with the other candidates, came forward and stood near the edge of the stage to face the audience.
She then expressed her heartfelt thanks to the crowd, her supporters, and all the fans who watched the pageant to support her.
The beauty queen gave them flying kisses and bowed her head several times to thank all of them.

Despite not making it to the Top 5, Michelle won the hearts of Filipinos, and support for her flooded online.

Earlier, Michelle took to her IG broadcast channel to give a message to her supporters. The beauty queen emphasized "love and kindness over everything." She also reiterated how much she loves her supporters. Michelle then thanked everyone for raising the PH flag with her.
