Actress and comedian Aiai Delas Alas recently shared a heartfelt appreciation post for Alden Richards, recalling how the actor had quietly helped her in the past without wanting other people to know about his good deeds.

In an Instagram post, Aiai described Alden as a generous and thoughtful person who consistently looks after the needs of his colleagues and friends in the entertainment industry. She also pointed out that the actor would usually prefer keeping his acts of kindness private.
According to Aiai, she and Alden have been close for a long time, and she has come to know different sides of his personality through their friendship.
"Matagal na kami close neto ni david ( marami ako tawag dyan kung ano anong name hahaha) .. napaka neto sa maraming bagay napaka harot generous mabait sensitive sa mga pangangailngan ng mga kasama nya sa industriya lalo na sa mga kaibigan nya.. maiinis to kasi ayaw nyang sinasabi mga naitulong nya," she wrote.

Among the personal experiences she recalled was Alden's unexpected offer to renovate her former restaurant located near the ABS-CBN premises.
Aiai explained that the actor once visited her establishment and brought up the possibility of improving its appearance. Although she initially thought the restaurant did not need renovations yet, Alden apparently had already made arrangements shortly afterward.
"anyways matagal na to may restaurant ako dati sa may abs tapos pumunta sya then kinausap nya ko ipa renovate naten to ms ai nyek sabi ko bago pa naman sabi nya basta ayun kinabukasan may architect and everything na," she recounted.
The actress admitted that she was surprised by how quickly things moved forward. She also revealed that Alden had previously wanted the incident to remain between them.
"nakakaloka yan sobrang ma surprise pero ayaw nya yang sinasabi secret lang namin parate so ngayun hindi na ... 😂," Aiai added.
Toward the end of her post, Aiai expressed her affection for the actor and wished him continued blessings. She also playfully mentioned another way she continues to help him, particularly whenever his jacket's zipper gets damaged during a show.
