The video of the emotional reunion of a 'lola' and her beloved carabao, whom she named “Doro,” has gone viral.

It can be recalled a previous video showing the two parting ways after 30 years also went viral after it touched the hearts of many netizens.

In an interview by the Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (KMJS) team about the previous viral video, Lola revealed she was forced to sell Doro so one of her children could use the money for his requirements to go abroad.

Some of the money was also used by her children as additional capitalization for their sari-sari store.

During the interview, Lola admitted after selling Doro, there wasn’t a day that the carabao wouldn’t cross her mind.

She also expressed fears that Doro already ended up on the butcher’s table.

Because of this, the KMJS team exerted effort to find out the whereabouts of the carabao and in case, make a way for the two to meet again.

Through the help of the KMJS team, Lola and Doro met again in an emotional reunion.

“Masayang-masaya ang puso ko ngayong nakita ko na si Doro,” Lola said.

She also issued an appeal to anyone who could help her raise funds so she would be able to buy Doro back.

“Maawa kayo sa akin. Gusto ko sanang tubusin si Doro para mahinto na ang pag-iyak ko araw-araw. Kahit nasa harapan ako ng pagkain naiiyak ako dahil nami-miss ko nga si Doro,” Lola said.

KMJS later posted the number of a bank account where those willing to help Lola could send their money.

A previous KAMI article carried the story and the very emotional video of Lola saying goodbye to her carabao, Doro. In an interview with KMJS, Lola revealed that Doro has been with them for 30 years. She also underscored that Doro is already like a child to her.

In a separate video, Jessica, the host of KMJS, interviewed the couple Chito Miranda and Neri Naig. During the interview, she asked the couple about their formula for becoming rich. The couple, who denied they were rich, narrated their journey as a couple in establishing businesses.
