Isko Moreno, sa tanong kung sino ang nagmamay-ari ng "Eat Bulaga": "Ang sagot, lahat po tayo"

Isko Moreno answered the question as to who owns "Eat Bulaga."

During the forty-fourth celebration of the said show on GMA, Paolo Contis and Isko had an exchange onstage with regards the history and old happenings on the show.

They emphasized that they have all been a part of EB, them having been guests of the said show.

"Bago po kami, naintindihan po namin yun. Pero kami mismo, naging bahagi po kami ng Eat Bulaga!, dahil kahit nung bata pa ako, naging parte ako ng Eat Bulaga!. Nanonood ako ng Eat Bulaga!, lahat tayo," Paolo stated.

This then led Isko to likewise chime in, saying that they have guested the show.

Then, Isko asked the big question, as to who owns "Eat Bulaga."

"Ngayon, ang tanong, sino ba ang nagmamay-ari ng Eat Bulaga!? Ang tanong, sino ang may-ari? Ang sagot, lahat po tayo...Kasi sa 44 years, lahat po tayo ay naging bahagi nito," said Yorme.

"Eat Bulaga" is the longest-running noontime variety program on Philippine television. The show premiered on July 30, 1979. Its pioneer hosts include showbiz icons Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, and Tito Sotto. Tape Inc.'s "Eat Bulaga" recently went back live on air on GMA with its new lineup of hosts, including Paolo Contis, Buboy Villar and Betong Sumaya.

Isko Moreno and Paolo Contis have just inked a “long-term” contract with TAPE’s ‘Eat Bulaga.’ The contract signing took place on July 8 at APT Studios. TAPE Inc. and Sparkle GMA Artist Center’s executives were present at the contract signing event. Sparkle and Kapuso reporter Nelson Canlas took to its social media pages and shared photos from the event.

Isko, during his "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" guesting, shared with Boy the words of wisdom he gave to the “Eat Bulaga” team before they aired last July 1. The former Manila City mayor told them to just enjoy the afternoon and be themselves. He also admitted that they felt so much pressure on that day when TVJ’s “E.A.T.” was launched and “It’s Showtime” started airing on GTV.
