Anne Curtis had a witty reaction to the "lumpia" comments about her simple yet elegant look during the GMA Gala 2023.

Anne wore a white column dress from French luxury fashion house Yves Saint Laurent at the huge event spearheaded by the Kapuso network.

In the latest episode of "It's Showtime," the actress regarded herself as a "fresh lumpia."

"At least fresh, fresh lumpia," she aired.

Vice Ganda and Vhong Navarro also uttered pleasing remarks about Anne's expensive look.

"Saint Laurent lumpia," said Meme Vice.

To which Anne replied, "'Yon, for the fresh lumpia tayo."

“Mamahaling lumpia ka do'n,” Vhong reacted.
