On Sunday, July 16, Rabiya took to her Instagram to post photos of what happened after Jeric picked her up at the airport.

In a viral video posted by the former beauty queen, Jeric was spotted waiting for Rabiya with a bouquet of flowers and a tarpaulin.

The said tarpaulin had the words: "Will you be my GMA Gala date, Rabiya?" written in it, prompting Rabiya to flash a big smile for the camera.

In the caption of her online post, she wrote, "And I said ‘YES.’ Thank you and I love you @jericgonzales07."

Needless to say, tons of netizens congratulated them in the comment section afterwards.
