Lolit Solis sa pagiging isa ni Paolo Contis sa bagong ‘Eat Bulaga’ hosts: “Trabaho lang, walang personalan”

Lolit Solis has just confirmed that her talent, Paolo Contis, is among the new hosts of “Eat Bulaga.”

She then took to social media to air her thoughts on the actor’s new hosting project.

In a lengthy Instagram post, Lolit revealed that Paolo is actually a fan of the iconic trio Tito, Vic Sotto and Joey de Leon.

“Idol ni Paolo Contis ang TVJ Salve. Bata pa siya fan na siya ng Tito, Vic and Joey,” she said.

Manay Lolit continued, “Ironic na nangyari ang 'gulo' ng TVJ at heto ngayon, isa sa host si Paolo Contis sa programa na ilalagay sa dating oras ng Eat Bulaga.”

The talent manager went on to stress that Paolo was just accepting whatever job was offered to him.

“Trabaho lang, walang personalan. Dahil kahit kelan hindi papasok sa isip ni Paolo na magiging katapat siya sa programa ng Tito, Vic at Joey. Under siya ng management ng GMA Artists Center at kung anong trabaho ang ibigay sa kanya, tinatanggap niya. A good soldier following his superior.”

Furthermore, Lolit said that even Paolo was surprised by the turn of events regarding “Eat Bulaga.”

“Talagang hindi mo maiiwasan mga ganitong pangyayari. Kahit nga si Paolo hindi akalaing mangyayari ito pero iyon ang gusto ng management niya, at palagay ko naman hindi magiging dahilan para magkaruon ng bad blood sa mga involved.”

“Sana nga both parties maging matagumpay,dahil liit lang mundo ng showbiz. Hindi na dapat meron pang maliliit na kaguluhan. Dapat lahat maayos. More work, the better. More shows mas magaling. Basta trabaho, go lang, mas bongga,” she added.

Paolo Contis is a Filipino actor and comedian who appeared in his acting debut as a child actor in the ABS-CBN show "Ang TV". Despite being cast in the popular teleserye "Mara Clara", Contis was better known for being part of the primetime sitcom "Oki Doki Doc". He has won several awards, particularly at the PMPC Star Awards. His celebrity ex-girlfriends include Lian Paz and LJ Reyes.

Lolit previously said that Paolo Contis is already happy with Yen Santos. The veteran showbiz columnist also said that she sees no problem with the couple’s relationship and their new journey.
