Lolito Go took to Facebook and made a lengthy response to the mother of Moira Dela Torre, Raquel, and whom he called as Tita Raquel.

Tagging the account of Moira's mom, he delved into the issues that were mentioned by Raquel in her defense of her daughter against the composer.

Lolito alleged that he was not paid for the song "Pahinga."

He also said that Moira allegedly used the song in her "Braver" tour, including concerts abroad.

Lolito also said that the income of Moi's "Patawad" album was high.

However, he alleged that he was not given any mechanical royalty and that Moi would be a co-composer by simply tweaking a few lines.

"Tita Raquel, hindi nya po ako nabayaran sa song na Pahinga. She used that song sa Braver tour. Pati sa concerts abroad. Malaki kinita ng Patawad Album. Pero wala man lang binigay sa akin kahit yung tinatawag na mechanical royalty. Tapos co-composer na sya ng song just by tweaking a few lines. Kung gusto nya ako magshine or kung gusto nya ako tulungan, she could have given me proper credits. That it was my music and my lyrics at additional lyrics lang ang kanya."
