Dimples Romana’s heartfelt birthday post on Instagram for Angel Locsin has gone viral.

She said that there’s a possibility Angel wouldn’t be able to read it so she will just tell it to her when she gets back from Cebu.

In her post, Dimples also said she’s not posting such so Angel could see what she wrote, but she’s doing it so others would see it’s her birthday.

“Maligayang kaarawan to my bestfriend ♥️ Malamang Di mo naman to mababasa kaya I kwento ko na lang sayo when I see you when I get back from Cebu,” Dimples wrote.

“At this point I’m not posting this para makita mo, I’m posting this para makita nila At maipaalala sa kanila na kaarawan ng isa sa pinakamapagbigay, mabubuti at mapagmahal na tao ngayon ♥️,” the actress added.

Dimples also said she knows many people love Angel, particularly those she has helped over the years.

She then asked those who knew Angel to send their greetings of a happy birthday and to extend a prayer of love for her.

“I know many of us love you, and so many of them you have helped, loved, saved and given to over the many years, so if you are one of those please do greet my dearest @therealangellocsin a happy birthday today and say a prayer of love,” Dimples wrote.

It's been several months since Angel has last posted on social media.

Dimples is a veteran Filipina actress who gained more prominence because of her performance in “Kadenang Ginto.” She was acclaimed for portraying the character of Daniela Mondragon, which has become an iconic villain in the country. The actress is married to Boyet Ahmee.

In another social media post, Dimples gave an important advice about not giving up and having hope. The actress said that oftentimes, the temptation of giving up appear moments just before reaching the goal. She then cited as an example the video of her conversation with her son as they try to reach the peak of their hike up the mountains of Andes. Dimples expressed hope that their video, which she posted on social media, would help others have “unwavering hope and renewed faith.”

She also previously took to Instagram and shared a sweet video of her and her son, Alonzo, at the airport. The actress underscored how important it is to celebrate precious moments with one's children. She said that she would make simple moments last a lifetime, and perhaps, is one of the reasons why the kids are still very close to her. Dimps also reminded parents that it is not about how much time one spneds with his or her children, but how much of oneself is present in those special moments.
