Lolit Solis, in an Instagram post, expressed sadness for her so-called dialysis treatment ‘classmates’ whom she often sees at the hospital.
She revealed that she heard many of them find it difficult to find a sponsor for their needed treatment.
“Sad ako pag naririnig ko iyon mga ' classmate' ko sa dialysis na nahihirapan maghanap ng sponsor para sa dialysis nila,” Manay Lolit said.
The veteran showbiz columnist also shared what she heard that many of them would join the long line at the DSWD just so they could get the means to pay the hospital for their dialysis treatment.

“Iyon iba daw ang tagal pumila sa DSWD para makahingi ng pambayad. Iyon iba naman lumilibot sa mga pulitiko para makakuha ng guarantee letter,” she said.
“So sad to see people na kahit hirap nagpipilit mabuhay dahil meron pa silang gustong gawin sa kanilang life. Sure ako na anuman paghihirap nila balewala dahil nga meron silang something to look forward,” the veteran showbiz columnist added.
She, however, praised the hospital for having a kind and understanding heart for their patients, particularly those who have been seeking treatment at their facility for a long time.
“It is so sad lang na hirap na hirap iyon iba,mabuti na lang at nakikita ko na mabait naman ang management ng FEU Hospital, iyon mga matagal na nilang pasyente medyo binibigyan nila ng understanding sa maliliit na hiling ng mga ito,” the columnist said.
“A big round of applause sa lahat ng medical staff at sa management ng FEU Hospital. Talagang A List sila pagdating sa service. Bongga talaga, bonggang bongga,” Manay Lolit concluded.

According to the columnist, she could not help but wonder why she is irritated about it. In her post, Lolit admitted that she still cannot accept the fact she needs to undergo dialysis. Despite her sentiments, Lolit said, "Dapat thankful ako na heto o, ngayon lang ako nagkasakit at naging mahina."
