Jolo Revilla recently publish a lengthy post on his Instagram feed.

It's dedicated to his father, Senator Bong Revilla, as he celebrates his birthday today, September 25.

Jolo shared some of the photos of the two of them together on the said social media platform.

He likewise included their heartwarming throwback pics.

Moreover, Jolo expressed his love and admiration for his father. He also wished him good health.

"Happy birthday Papa! Wishing you good health para mas madami ka pang matulungan. Ikaw ang mananatiling idol ko at alam kong idol ng maraming Pilipino," he wrote.

"Thank you for always supporting me and our family, ikaw ang aming sandigan. We all love you," he added.

Jolo Revilla is the son of Sen. Bong Revilla and Lani Mercado. Prior to being a politician he used to be an actor and appeared in some movies and TV shows such as 'Si Agimat, si Enteng Kabisote at si Ako' and 'Bertud ng Putik'.

In a previous report by KAMI, Senator Bong Revilla Jr. reacted to Deniece Cornejo filing charges against Vhong Navarro. Revilla said that if Navarro is guilty, then the latter needs to face the consequences. If Navarro is innocent, Revilla said that it is unfair for the comedian to suffer behind bars. He also expressed his desire for the case to proceed quickly so that the controversy can be quickly resolved.

Earlier, Lolit Solis took to Instagram and shared some of the latest updates on Bong Revilla's latest TV work. According to Manay, Bong is all praises for Rabiya Mateo, who is now his leading lady in 'Agimat 2.' She said that Bong described Rabiya as someone who learns fast and who can easily memorize dialogues. The veteran columnist also said that Rabiya is "bongga" since it is her first assignment and immediately got to be paired with Bong Revilla.
