Lolit Solis, “very grateful” kay Gretchen Barretto: “Pinuntahan ako para kumustahin at dalhan ng magic enve”

Lolit Solis, in one of her recent Instagram posts, expressed how grateful she is at receiving a visit from Gretchen Barretto and a couple of her friends while she was undergoing a dialysis procedure.

The veteran showbiz columnist then revealed that the socialite and former actress brought her a “magic enve.”

“Talagang very grateful ako kay Gretchen Barretto , Ana Abiera at Ruskie Salve. Imagine mo na habang nasa dialysis room ako pinuntahan nila ako para kumustahin at dalhan ng magic enve,” Manay Lolit said.

She then extolled La Greta for her generosity and also remarked that no can compare to La Greta.

“Bongga ang mama Gretchen ko Salve na talagang alam mo na pasadya ang mga envelope. Talagang walang makatulad lalo pa nga at tanging siya lang ang naka buo ng idea sa love box,” she wrote in her post.

The veteran columnist then said that only Gretchen was able to think about giving a love box to many showbiz personalities.

She also said that when La Greta gave away her love boxes, she made sure its contents were all the same.

“Nag iisang Gretchen Barretto lang ang unang naka isip na magbigay ng love box sa buong showbiz. Ang dami na puwede sana nakagawa nito, pero si Gretchen Barretto lang ang talagang naging una at sana hindi huli na magbigay ng Love Box sa lahat, walang pinili, pantay pantay at sa lahat ng level, walang ranking. Bongga ka Gretchen Barretto,” Manay Lolit said.

In another IG post, she also admitted she is having a difficult time accepting that she is sick. Her life has become extremely challenging due to her twice-a-week dialysis, the catheter in her neck, and the arteriovenous fistula in her arm. The entertainment columnist is even having a hard time taking a bath because of the catheter and the fistula. However, Lolit believes that she will soon recover from her illness and that she will triumph in the end.
