Andrea Brillantes’ wish for now is for her career as an actress to continue its upward trend.

The actress revealed this during an interview with broadcaster and columnist Karen Davila for her YouTube channel.

Earlier, the columnist asked Andrea what is it does she want for her career as an actress.

“Ano ang pangarap mo sa career mo?” Karen asked.

Andrea answered that for now, she hopes that her career would continue its upward trend.

“Ngayon, hoping lang po ako na sana, yung career ko magpatuloy lang siya pataas,” she said.

She then expressed a wish for something to happen when it comes to her work as an actress.

“Magkaroon lang po ako ng trabaho,” the actress explained.

Andrea also said that she’s not dreaming of something big when it comes to her career.

“Di na ako masyadong nangangarap ng sobrang big,” she revealed.

She said that she just has to trust herself she would be able to handle everything that is given to her.

“Basta trust din sa sarili ko na kakayanin ko lahat nang ibibigay sa akin,” Andrea said.

Andrea Brillantes is a Filipina actress who started out her career as a child star and rose to fame. Her popularity was further propelled when she played the role of 'Marga' in the hit teleserye “Kadenang Ginto.”

During the same interview, Andrea revealed that she always takes three wallets with her wherever she goes. She said of the three wallets, there is one she calls a ‘charity wallet’ where she puts her P100, P50, and P20 bills. The actress then explained her purpose in calling the wallet as such and why she puts in the said denominations.

Earlier, the actress also debunked the belief of some regarding her true image and character. In an interview with Karen Davila, the actress explained that people see what they wanted to perceive. She said that even her friends tell her she doesn’t deserve to be called what others refer to her as. The actress also gave her answer to Karen’s question about whether she thinks it’s unfair for her if others believe that her image is like that.
