Angel Locsin took to social media to react to the photos of Vice President Leni Robredo patiently lining up at a voting precinct in Camarines Sur.

According to Angel, the celebrities performing at VP Leni’s campaign events also tried to be simple because of the example set by VP Leni.
She revealed that none of those celebs had VIP passes and that they did not have access to private planes, helicopters, and business class flights.

The actress added that VP Leni is showing that all Filipinos are equal no matter their social status.
“Good example ka talaga Mam. Sa lahat ng campaign rallies nila na napuntahan ko, walang VIP passes or area. Backstage pass lang for talents and prod team. Simple lang ang mgq tents.
“Kahit kaming nga artista na sanay sa VIP treatment, walang nagpa-VIP kasi kung siya nga napaka-simple, nakakahiya namang mas maarte ka pa pag sa eroplano, economy ang ticket lang rin kami pag nag vo-volunteer mag ikot. Wala rin akong nakitang nag private plane or helicopter na inimbita.
“This is my observation. Sumunod kami by example, hindi dahil nasabihan. Ang gandang example na pumipila kagaya ng lahat. Walang mas nakakataas. Pantay pantay respeto sa mga pumipila at naiinitan. an appreciation post sa lahat ng pumipila ng maayos at hindi nag pa VIP, not a campaign post,” Angel posted.
VP Leni Robredo is the incumbent vice president of the Philippines. She is a human rights lawyer. Her husband was the late DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo. They have three daughters, namely, Aika, Patricia, and Jillian.
In a previous report, VP Leni Robredo turned emotional when Vice Ganda sang Rosas on stage during the miting de avance in Makati. A zoomed-in video of VP Leni showed tears freely flowing down her cheeks. All the while, she was smiling and singing along. The miting de avance was the culmination of the 3-month campaign prior to the May 9 elections.
The crowd estimate at the miting de avance of VP Leni and Sen. Kiko in Naga as of 8:30 p.m. was at 306,000. This estimate was given by the Incident Management Team. Earlier, it was estimated to be at 210,000 at around 7:30 p.m., while before 6 p.m., it was estimated to be at 168,000. The Naga rally is considered as the second biggest in number.
