Her mother, Sharon Cuneta, took to Instagram and posted a series of baby and "growing-up" photos of the actress and expressed how proud she is of her daughter.
"My eldest @kristinaconcepcion now doing an all-Asian, mostly Pinoy Hollywood movie. Tina, I am proud of you!"
Sharon then gave KC words of encouragement and told her to show the world what she's got.

KC is in the U.S., shooting for the romantic comedy movie Persuasion, where she plays the lead role.
KC Concepcion has posted several photos and video clips of her time in New York, especially while she's shooting for "Persuasion."
KC Concepcion is a well-known actress, endorser, businesswoman and vlogger in the Philippines. She is the daughter of celebrities, Sharon Cuneta and Gabby Concepcion. The actress also used to date actor Piolo Pascual and music artist Rico Blanco.
KC Concepcion replaced Toni Gonzaga as the lead actress in a film that’s going to be shot in New York. In a social media post, KC expressed her excitement over the new film, which she called a “new journey” for her. She will be appearing with Filipino-American actor, Dante Basco, alongside Kevin Kreider, Celia Au, and Geneva Carr. It was announced in July that Toni will portray the lead role, though she was forced to quit from the film due to scheduling conflicts.
KC Concepcion has flown back to New York after spending some time in the Philippines. Cristy Fermin then had a discussion about the actress in the latest episode of Cristy Ferminute. The showbiz reporter said there are claims saying that the actress tried to escape from attending campaign events.
