Jolina Magdangal recently shared on her Instagram account a photo of the gifts that VP Leni Robredo sent to her family.

The actress and TV host uploaded the pics that consisted of a bouquet of flowers and a basket of assorted fruits.
The TV host is seen holding up the big bouquet of flowers while her husband, Rivermaya founding member Mark Escueta, held the basket of fruits.
She also wrote a caption revealing what they were doing when they received the unexpected gifts.

“Walang sched ng rally kaya sa araw na yun ginawa namin lahat ng mga gawaing bahay na nahinto muna dahil sa pagtindig para sa mga anak namin at para sa bansa,” Jolina wrote in the caption.
“Sa gitna ng paglilinis ng bahay at labada, nakatanggap kaming mag asawa ng napakagandang bouquet at basket ng prutas na hindi namin inaasahan,” she added.
Jolina then highlighted the point that the act of VP Leni sending them something shows she did not forget them and she would always make them feel that Jolina and her husband are in the heart of the vice president.
She said that such a gesture inspired her more.
“Isang inspirasyon ulit na sa dami ng ginagawa nya at dapat pang asikasuhin, di sya nakakalimot magpasalamat at iparamdam na part kami ng puso nya,” Jolina said.
The actress then revealed that the next President of the Philippines, referring to VP Leni, has “kindness and compassion” in her heart.
“’Kindness and Compassion,’ yan ang meron sa ating susunod na Presidente ng Pilipinas,” the TV host said.
She then thanked VP Leni and vowed to keep on fighting for her.
“Maraming salamat Maam Leni Robredo. Lalaban kami at patuloy na titindig hanggang dulo,” Jolina said.
