Carla Abellana, 35, has stirred buzz all over social media after she immediately clarified a few things about her condominium unit that is currently up for sale.

On her Instagram account, @carlaangeline, KAMI learned that the Kapuso actress clarified that her luxe unit in Rockwell is not worth P2M.

"Hello, everyone! I needed to clarify the price of my condo unit at The Grove URGENTLY. IT IS NOT WORTH 2M," Carla began in her post.

Not only did the actress clarify the actual price of her luxe condominium unit, but also included a screenshot containing the "ACTUAL market value computation."

"Some press articles, including Sir Ogie Diaz's video, are FALSE. They state that it is only worth 2M, which is NOT TRUE. I also bought the condo unit back in 2015 so the CCT is under my name only. Nobody has ever lived there because I bought it as an investment for myself and myself alone. P.S. Just so you have an idea, a parking slot ALONE costs P2M."

At the end of her Instagram story, Carla reminded everyone to only trust her and her three official brokers about her unit.

"Okay na po tayo? Please only believe me, my three official brokers, and The Grove, hehe. Thank you, everyone!" Carla wrote.
