Heart Evangelista revealed that her anxiety levels went up really high during a recent photoshoot.

The actress and style icon admitted this in a series of video posts on her IG Stories.

In one of the videos, Heart appeared to be struggling to fall asleep as her call time the following day is at 3 a.m.

“This is where my brains at. I neeeed to sleeeep. 3am call time,” the actress wrote in the caption of the video showing some lighted buildings nearby.

The next post showed a photo of a bag with a caption that appears to indicate she is ready to start her day.

“Friday 3am glam,” her caption read.

In the next video, Heart was shown making various great poses, as she was always known for.

Everything appeared normal as the actress looked really great.

The caption on the next video, however, said it all. It indicated that Heart wasn’t really well while doing the shoot.

She said that no one knew what was going on with her and that she would have to rush to a hospital right after the shoot.

“If they only knew. Anxiety level is 102% rushing to hospital right after,” Heart wrote.

The actress might have posted the videos with the caption to inform everyone that what they see on the outside could be very different from what’s going on inside.
