Ogie Diaz, nagbigay linaw sa isa sa mga gawain umano ni Vice Ganda sa 'Showtime'

Ogie Diaz, in his latest Showbiz Update, talked about one of the roles of Vice Ganda on ABS-CBN's hit noontime show, It's Showtime, amid Lolit Solis' post.

Previously, Lolit made headlines when she mentioned Vice Ganda in one of her Instagram posts and the latter's alleged "power tripping."

Following this news, KAMI learned that Ogie clarified this news and shared that Vice is simply one of the consultants on the show.

"Medyo insider din ako diyan. Sa totoo lang, isa sa pinagkukuhaan ng desisyon diyan sa 'Showtime' eh si Vice Ganda," Ogie began.

"Pag may mga programa sila, o mga gimmick na naisip, or meron silang bagong segment na naisip. Ikokonsulta nila kay Vice. Actually ang alam ko, eh binigyan ng power si Vice na magdesisyon para sa show, o magkonsulta sa kanya ang mga staff."

Furthermore, Ogie added that asking for Vice's advice is only right since the latter is one of the sources of energy of the show.

"Kasi nakakahiya naman kung kokonsulta ka sa wala namang napatunayan. Nakakahiya naman na kumonsulta ka sa hindi naman panalo sa show. So syempre, dun ka kokonsulta sa tao na una, tinitingala sa show. Pangalawa, yung source of energy sa show."

"Alam mo sa totoo lang, matalino yang baklang yan. Infernes to him ah, sa mga meeting meeting, ang dami niyang baon, ang dami niyang naibubuhos," he added.

Ogie Diaz is a comedian and a talent manager who is the one handling the career of Liza Soberano. He is also among the most outspoken celebs as he will not mince words when he comments on something, whether it be in showbiz or politics.

The comedian said that he told Xian to put a stop to what he is doing especially if he does not have proof to back it up. He said this after Xian, who happens to be a godfather of his youngest child, made insinuations against Barbie Imperial, tagging along the name of Daniel Padilla.

Meanwhile, Ogie Diaz took to Facebook and posted a reminder to everyone about the real duty of ninongs and ninangs. He said that during Christmas, if there is a bit of extra, then one can share blessings. The comedian said however, that it is wrong to make "inaanaks" feel that they need to earn money during Christmas. He then gave a reminder that for those who want to get someone to stand as the godfather or godmother, one must make sure that they can stand as second parents for their godchildren.
