She acknowledged that her stomach does not look the same as it did years ago, joking that motherhood is partly responsible for the change.

“Yes, I may not have the same tummy I had years ago… well, that’s what happens when you become a mum!🤰😂” Bangs said.

The actress also revealed that exercise has not been a regular part of her routine for several years.

“Plus, I’m not gonna lie, I haven’t been hitting the gym or even doing simple workouts for 3 years now,” she admitted.

According to Bangs, her responsibilities as a mother have taken priority, leaving little time for structured workouts.

“There’s just been tooooo much on my plate lately and being a super hands-on mum is my top priority,” she explained.

Despite the changes to her body and the lack of regular exercise, Bangs said she has not developed a desire to lose weight simply for the sake of reaching a particular number.

“I still appreciate and love my body as it is. I don’t want to lose weight,” she wrote.

At the same time, she acknowledged having a personal fitness goal that she would like to work toward before reaching another milestone birthday.

“But I’ll admit… I do want to get my abs back and be at my best when I turn 40 next year.🤞” she added.

Bangs also discussed some of the changes she has noticed in her body since giving birth. She said she is grateful that her stretch marks and loose skin have become less noticeable over time.

“Right now, I’m very grateful that my stretch marks and loose skin aren’t too visible anymore and that I’ve managed to lose a bit of my ‘mum pooch’ too,” she shared.

She was also transparent about receiving aesthetic treatments to gradually address some of these concerns.

Bangs said she received intermittent treatments from The Reset Clinic in Bromley, South London, between 2022 and 2025 to help soften the appearance of her stretch marks.

“I’ve had a little help from The Reset Clinic (Bromely South London) intermittently between 2022–2025 to gradually soften the appearance of my stretch marks,” she said.

However, she stressed that the marks have not disappeared completely.

“They’re definitely still there— depending on the lighting, you can see them when you zoom in on my recent photo,” Bangs explained.

She also revealed that she tried mesolipo therapy at the same clinic, primarily targeting back fat she developed after her pregnancies and occasionally treating the lower abdomen or “puson.”

“I’ve also tried some mesolipo therapy from the same clinic, mainly for the back fat I developed after my pregnancies and a few times around my puson (lower abdomen),” she wrote.

While she has not been exercising consistently, Bangs said she has made some adjustments to her eating habits.

“These days, I may not be working out but I snack less,” she shared.

Rather than following an extremely restrictive diet, however, she said she continues to eat the foods she enjoys.

“I still enjoy the foods I love without being overly restrictive,” she said.

Bangs also joked about her family’s enjoyment of food, pointing out that people who follow her Instagram Stories have probably already noticed how much they enjoy eating.

“(Evidently, my family and I LOVE to eat if you always watch my Stories! 😂)” she wrote.

She acknowledged that becoming more mindful about food can become increasingly important with age.

“Let’s be honest… we have to be a little more mindful na talaga as we get older!😅 Our metabolism isn’t exactly working overtime like it used to.😕” Bangs added.

Ultimately, Bangs said her approach is not centered on achieving an unrealistic ideal appearance.

“I’m definitely not about chasing perfection,” she said.

Instead, she wants to focus on understanding her body, caring for herself, and making changes that fit realistically into her life.

“For me, it’s about finding what works for my body, taking care of myself and making small changes that I can actually maintain,” she concluded.
