Xian Gaza speculated about the news that Luis Manzano and Bong Medel Jr. are facing a complaint before the NBI filed by investors of Flex Fuel, where Luis used to preside as a chairman. Xian clarified that his post contains both facts and opinion.

The investors who filed a complaint claimed that they were not able to recover their investment in Flex Fuel after investing P1 million each. They also claimed that they agreed to invest in the company because Luis proposed it to them during a Zoom conference.
For his part, Luis said that he has not been a part of Flex Fuel since 2022 and that the said company also owes him P66 million. He also asked the NBI to investigate Bong, who allegedly was responsible for the management and operation of Flex Fuel.

On his Facebook account, Xian speculated that Bong proposed the business idea to Luis but inflated the projected income. Luis might have agreed to front for the company after seeing the income projection, Xian said. The investors agreed to invest because Luis is a famous celebrity with credibility.
When the Flex Fuel business began operating, the projected income was not met and the company was not able to give back the investors’ investments, Xian theorized.
However, even if Luis was not responsible for the operations, Xian believes that he can still be considered an accessory because he proposed the investment plan to the investors. Nevertheless, Xian thinks that the case against Luis and Bong will be dismissed if the two can prove that the business existed and if they can show from the contract with the investors where their money went to.
Xian said that he won all of the estafa cases against him by doing those things.

“Itinayo ni best man ang mga negosyo. Yung actual income ay sobrang layo sa kanyang ipinangakong projection. Nadismaya ang mga investors. Binabawi ang kanilang mga kapital. Hindi maibalik ni best man dahil nagamit na nga sa mga negosyo. Ngayon, scammer na si best man.
”Ganyan naman talaga sa Pilipinas. Kapag successful yung negosyo mo, respetado ka ng lahat. Panginoon ka ng lahat. Pero kapag nag-fail yung negosyo mo, scammer ka na bigla.
“Legally speaking, sasabit talaga si Luis kahit ano pa ang gawin niyang paghuhugas-kamay dahil naging parte siya ng kumpanya. Kahit hindi siya nakinabang financially eh naging accessory siya sa pagkuha ng investments.
“Kung malinaw na malinaw sa kontrata kung saan napunta ang pera nila at napatunayan ni best man at ni Luis sa korte na nag-exist talaga ang mga negosyo, mababasura lang ang kaso at walang patutunguhan ito. I know. Been there. Lahat ng estafa cases ko ay aking naipanalo,” Xian wrote.
