Marjorie Barretto bravely announced to the public who the father of her youngest child is.
KAMI learned that the actress was recently challenged by her sister Gretchen Barretto to reveal the name of Erich’s dad.
She finally disclosed the truth on October 22 through an exclusive interview with Karen Davila of ABS-CBN News.
The mother of Julia Barretto was first asked if she had an affair with former Caloocan City Mayor Recom Echiverri.
She straightforwardly admitted that the politician is the father of her 7-year-old daughter, who, until February of 2018, was not seen in public photos of the Barretto family.

When asked about possible criticisms for falling in love with a man who has a wife and family, Marjorie just apologized and claimed that love is her weakness.
“Recom Echiverri is the father of my youngest daughter. That’s all I have to say,” she quipped.
“Alam mo, hindi ako perfect... I’m very strong in many ways pero sa pag-ibig talaga mahina ako. I’m sorry, I’m not very proud of it. That is the reason why I was not announcing to the public,” she added.
