Anne Curtis and Sam Milby started dating back in 2007 and they were together for almost four years.
Sam even admitted during a guesting in "Gandang Gabi Vice" that Anne was his 'great love.'
KAMI learned that during the segment of "Tawag ng Tanghalan" on ABS-CBN's "It's Showtime," Vice was talking about heartbreaks in life that can lead us to our destiny.
Anne was surprised when the comedian suddenly mentioned her ex-boyfriend Sam during the conversation.
"Ang daming tao na kung hindi sila hiniwalayan ng jowa nila noon, hindi sila mapupunta doon sa talagang ka-partner pala nila.
"Imagine-in mo kung 'di kayo nag-away ni Sam Milby, hindi mo makikilala si Erwan," Vice said.
Anne's reaction was priceless, "Oh my gosh!"
Vice even noticed that Anne was blushing, "Namula ‘yung mukha niya."
