- A vlogger's prank in Walmart had gone wrong after the "victim" cried
- The "victim" was an old Filipina woman working as a cashier in Walmart
- Because of the incident, the vlogger, Lauren Love, was banned from Walmart
Lauren Love, a vlogger, has just been banned from Walmart stores after she left a Filipina cashier crying over a bad prank.
KAMI learned that Lauren's prank was to tell people that they were fired from their jobs.
She would dress up as a CEO, question employees and reprimand them for something they did then she would tell them that they were fired.
While the rest of employees didn't take it that bad, perhaps they have stronger hearts, one old woman, a Filipina, broke down in tears when Lauren told her she was fired.
The Filipina was Maria Leones who has been working at the Richmond, Texas branch of Walmart for six years.
According to Click2Houston website, Maria was "crushed" since her job is the one paying for her husband's medical expenses.
Lauren's words to Maria were, "I’m the CEO and I actually want you to be over there. Actually, I’m gonna need to see your badge, I’m gonna need to see your badge and your vest because you’re fired."
In response, Maria said, "I have been here for six years. I’ve been doing my job very well, I’ve been regarded as employee of the month."
At this juncture, Maria cried, and that was when Lauren said, "I’m sorry I did not mean to make you cry, you’re not fired. I’m sorry, you’re doing a really good job. You’re fine, I’m sorry."
However, despite her apology, Walmart banned her and her cameraman from its stores.
Lauren Love is a famous vlogger with more than 147,000 subscribers in the U.S. Her prank has really gone wrong this time.
