Chienna Filomeno unhesitatingly admitted that she went under the knife, which enhanced her nose.
KAMI learned that she made the big revelation on Tonight With Boy Abunda.
It was during the segment which they called 'Legit or Lie', where she was asked about the netizen's assumptions about her.
She said that there is nothing wrong with improving the things that you have as long as you are not defaming anyone.
"There is nothing wrong in enhancing something that you have."

Furthermore, some netizens commended Chienna for being truthful.
