‘Rest now, Papa!’ Garie Concepcion bursts out in pain over death of grandfather

Garie Concepcion, the daughter of actor Gabby Concepcion, lamented over the death of her grandfather through a social media post.
KAMI learned that the celebrity daughter became in pain as she reminisced good memories with her Papa Rodolfo.
Garie first thanked her grandfather for guiding and creating good moments with her when he was still alive.
She also expressed her deepest regrets that her Papa will not be able to see how she grows and becomes who she should be.
“Heaven has gained another angel. Thank you for always being proud of me. For always being there when I need you and even when I don't. I have nothing but amazing memories with you that I will cherish all my life,” she wrote.
“I wish you could have lived longer to see me become the woman I should be but I guess God has better plans for you,” she added.
The daughter of Gabby commended her Papa for being a strong man and the best grandfather a person could have.
She also said that her Papa Rodolfo meant the world to her because he also became like a father to her.
“You were like my father- bringing me to my first day in kinder school, making sure I won’t walk under the heat of the sun… teaching me how to drive and ride a bike and scooter, for simply being there for me in important events in my life,” Garie quipped.
“I am so proud to be the granddaughter of such a strong, smart and 'astig' person. You are the best grandfather someone could ever have… I love you and you mean the world to me,” she added.
At the end of her post, Garie humbly asked for help from other people through prayers for her late Papa and for her family as well.
“To whoever is reading this, we ask you to please include Papa and our family in your prayers,” she said.
