KZ Tandingan surprised Jake Zyrus during his concert entitled 'Music and Me' which was held at SM Skydome on Friday, May 25.

KAMI learned that they were rumored to have been in a romantic relationship in the past.

According to PhilStar, KZ's fellow contestant in X Factor named Mang Modesto, told some people during his gig in Dubai that the former and Jake were in a relationship before.

When someone asked him directly, he said, “Yun ang sabi nila. Hindi sa akin nanggaling yun ha? Sa kanila yun!”

However, when they spoke to the people backstage, they learned that Mang Modesto confirmed it to some Pinoys in Dubai, the report reads, "Pero sa backstage daw ay sinabi niya sa ilang kababayan natin sa Dubai na talagang nagkaroon daw. Hindi lang sila sure kung totoo talaga yung tsika ni Mang Modesto o pabiro pa rin."
