The Lebanese people condemned the murder of Joanna Demafelis after the arrest of the primary suspects.

Nader Essam Assaf was arrested in Lebanon and owned up to putting the helpless girl inside the freezer after being badly beaten by his wife Mona Hassoun.

According to Bombo Radyo international correspondent Ma. Bonnie Bano of San Dionisio, Iloilo who now works in Lebanon, Lebanese people were enraged by this gruesome murder.

In fact many of them want death sentence for the couple.

The Lebanese people condemn this as they destroyed the image of foreign employers including those who are good.

According to reports, Assaf is in the custody of Lebanese authority after being arrested by the International Police (Interpol).

His wife Mona Hassoun is also under the custody of authorities in Syria according to reports.
