For their much-needed outing, KAMI learned that the celebrity couple decided to go to the island of Siargao together with their families.
Following this news, both Ellen and Derek have been stirring buzz online due to their family photos with Elias Modesto, Ellen's son with actor, John Lloyd Cruz.

In her online post, one netizen could not help but leave a comment about Derek's son, Austin Ramsay, "Sana next time kasama na si Austin."
The 33-year-old actress eventually responded and clarified why Austin could not join them on their family vacation, "If Austin was here in the PH, he'd be with us.
"But he is in Dubai right now, FYI sa mga chismosa, mema lang," Ellen wrote, revealing that Austin is currently staying in Dubai.
