“Kung talagang proud Pinoy sila bahag ang isuot nila, kung SISIKAT talaga sila kahit bahag lang ang suot sisikat sila, yon talaga wala silang ginaya, yon ang tinatawag na pure Pilipino talent,” the netizen said.

The group gladly accepted the challenge, with some of the members throwing a joke at the netizen.

“Gusto mo ba talaga?” Ken, an SB19 member, asked. This was followed by a question and a warning from another member, Stell.

“Ate, sure ka na ba dito? Baka mamaya kapag nagbahag kami ma-fall ka,” Stell asked. While another SB19 member, Justin, promised they would do next time.

For those who say SB19 were just copying from Korean artists, Josh, another SB19 member, said that they are not copying.

As for Pablo, another member of SB19, he believes there is a sense of universality in the world. Kapag meron tayong bagay na nakikitang maganda, we take it and utilize it,” Pablo said.

“Hindi naman po sinasabi na pangongopya or talagang kinukuha ‘yung sinasabi, kumbaga influenced po tayo ng lahat ng bagay sa buong mundo,” Pablo reasoned out.
