Dominique Cojuangco responds to netizen who called her ‘illegitimate child’

Gretchen Barretto and Tonyboy Cojuangco’s daughter Dominique Cojuangco was bashed by a netizen on social media.
KAMI learned that the basher called Dominique “illegitimate child” since her father’s marriage with his previous partner has not yet been annulled.
The social media star responded by calling out the hypocrisy of the netizen who had a Bible verse in her social media bio.
“Quite rich coming from someone with a bible verse in their bio. Hope God blesses you with happiness and contentment,” Dominique wrote.

Netizens on Fashion Pulis had mixed reactions:
“Nakaka disappoint mga taong naglalagay ng bible verse sa bio tapos judgmental. Disgrace mga ito. Dahil sa inyo you give christianity a bad name. Wag na kayo mag lagay lagay ng tungkol sa words ni God if you can't be good christians. Panira kayo smh”
“Tama naman ang sinabi niya e kasi ang parents ni dom ay hindi legally married. What’s the big deal?”
“There are no illegitimate children. Only illegitimate parents. Never mock children on how they came to being, since that is beyond their control and they couldn't choose their parents.”

Gretchen Barretto is the longtime partner of business tycoon Tonyboy Cojuangco. They have a daughter named Dominique, who finished her degree at a fashion school in London.
Tonyboy's first marriage has not yet been annulled, that is why the long-time couple can't seal their relationship through marriage. But according to Gretchen, Tonyboy's love is more than enough.
