Israel no longer requires to wear mask outdoors after vaccinating majority with Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine

- Israel has already issued a mandate that masks are no longer required outdoors

- The country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed that aside from the lifting of masks outdoors, it would also reopen all schools across the country

- Although, it would still require wearing of masks indoors and whenever there is a large gathering

- The country has speedily vaccinated a majority of its population with the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine, which largely dropped hospitalizations and contagions

Israel has clearly proven to the world that speedy vaccination can do wonders. Now, after having vaccinated majority of its population with the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine, it no longer required its citizens to wear mask outdoors.

According to EuroNews, it has vaccinated 61.7 percent of the entire population with the first dose of the vaccine.

Approximately 57.4 percent of the population has been fully inoculated with the two doses.

ABS-CBN News report stated that the country will also start receiving vaccinated foreigners. However, returning Israelis who have not yet been vaccinated must still self-isolate.

As per PhilStar, masks will still be required indoors and whenever there are large gatherings.
