KC is the eldest among Sharon’s four children. She was born on April 1985, approximately six months after KC’s father, Gabby Concepcion and Sharon’s marriage on September 23, 1984.

The younger Cuneta had several on and off relationships with several celebrity and non-celebrity boyfriends.

Among them are singer and composer Rico Blanco, Billy Crawford, Piolo Pascual, Paulo Avelino, Director Lino Cayetano, and Azkals’ Ali Borromeo.

She kept mum on other relationships, particularly those that are not celebrities, though one known non-celebrity boyfriend that KC had was French businessman Pierre Emmanuel Plassart. Their relationship did not last long, however.

At 36 years, KC seems to have no plans yet for marrying, or have a child.

Nevertheless, this did not stop Sharon from sharing her sentiments on social media as to how much she wanted to have a grandchild with KC, even if the baby would be a product of surrogacy.
