The Filipino senator was born on May 12th, 1973, in the City of Makati, in the Philippines. She is the eldest daughter of Jejomar Binay, the former vice president.
Her mother's name is Dr. Elenita Binay, and she is a medical doctor. She has two sisters named Abigail, and Annie.
Her brother's name is Jun (Jejomar Binay Jr.). Abigail and Jun are actively involved in politics.
Education background
The self-established politician attended St. Scholastica's College, Manila, for her elementary and secondary education. In June 1991, she joined the University of the Philippines to study culinary arts.

Political career

- The Mental Health Act. It advocates for mental health campaigns across the country.

- She co-sponsored the Expanded Maternity Leave Law of 2017 (SB No. 1305). The law grants 120 days of maternity leave for female workers.
