An American wanted for child ab*se and violation of the Safe Spaces Act, also known as the Bawal Bastos Law, caused a commotion while being arrested by authorities in Angeles, Pampanga.

According to a report by SONA, the foreign national became emotional and combative during the arrest operation. Footage aired on the news program showed the suspect repeatedly denying the accusations against him while arguing with police officers.
"What is my for? I didn't do anything. Kill me right now. I don't want to go to jail," the suspect was heard saying during the arrest.
Aside from denying the allegations, the man reportedly resisted authorities and strongly opposed being taken into custody. Despite his actions, police officers successfully carried out the arrest and brought him in to face the complaints filed against him.

The report stated that the suspect is facing child ab*se charges as well as a complaint for violating the Safe Spaces Act. As part of the investigation, authorities also examined the contents of his cellphone.
Police reportedly found obscene photos and videos involving students and senior citizens stored on the device. According to investigators, some of the individuals featured in the files may have been among the suspects' alleged victims.
Because of these findings, authorities are conducting a deeper investigation to determine the full extent of the possible offenses and identify any additional charges that may be filed against him.
Meanwhile, police are coordinating with the Bureau of Immigration to verify the foreign national's immigration status and gather more information regarding his stay in the country.
Based on the SONA report, the suspect declined to issue any statement regarding the allegations and charges against him following his arrest.
