A motorcycle rider and his back rider were run over by a truck in Mandaue City, Cebu.
The motorcycle rider, unfortunately, lost his life, while his female back rider’s foot was severed.
According to a report by TV5’s 'Frontline Pilipinas,' the truck driver failed to notice the motorcycle as it was turning across the large vehicle.
Additionally, authorities stated that the motorcycle rider and his female back rider were friends.
