Kagawad West Habog-Habog, Iloilo City.

However, the way the barangay official disciplined the two teens were not acceptable.

Siyempre nagalit din," said Melanie, aunt of the 14-year-old boy.

The barangay kagawad admitted her fault and said, "Humihingi ako ng tawad kung nagkasala ako. Wala akong magawa, nandiyan na 'yan."

The barangay kagawad was summoned in the barangay hall and was told not to do such thing ever again.

Meanwhile, the two minors involved in the incident will undergo rehabilitative counseling.
