In a report by KMJS, Julius wanted to make the visit of his mom very meaningful.

The video showed how he prepared a welcome banner, and eagerly waited at the arrival area for his mother.

The visit of his Korean mom came four months after he went to Korea to see his mother, whom he has not met for 30 years.

The other two suspects were first arrested by the police, and the victim's stepbrother was arrested after over a year.
