A couple who were supposed to get married this year died in a road accident in Ilocos Sur.

The couple, Ibrahim Cardenas and Fatima Claire Pis-oy, were riding on a dump truck, and it was the former who was driving it.

They were already on an uphill road when the truck lost its brakes, which resulted in an accident.

They were traversing a national road in Brgy. Paltoc, San Emilio, Ilocos Sur on Jan. 18, 2025.
