A video of two coffins occupying two lanes of the NLEX viaduct has gone viral.
According to ABS-CBN News, the video was uploaded by a passing motorist, identified as a certain Noel Luartes.
The motorist said he just happened to pass by the area with his son, who took the video of the two coffins hugging the middle of the road.
Apparently, the two coffins, which were brand new and empty, fell off a closed van plying the same road.

ABS-CBN, in its report, said the two coffins were part of a batch that were supposed to be delivered to Marikina when they broke off from their harness and fell on the road.
Luartes’ son noticed something on the road is causing traffic and so was already taking a video when they passed by the two coffins.
“Nagbe-brake na ‘yung mga sasakyan tapos tinitingnan namin bakit ba. Sabi po ng anak ko ‘May nalaglag, Daddy. Mukhang may nalaglag,” Luartes said in an interview by ABS-CBN.
