- Famous rapper Loonie was arrested yesterday in a buy-bust operation
- 15 sachets of marijuana were retrieved from him and his cohorts

Marlon “Loonie” Peroramas, a famous rapper and FlipTop artist in the Philippines, was nabbed on Sept. 18 through a buy-bust operation conducted in Makati City.
KAMI learned that the prominent personality was arrested at a hotel’s parking area, together with 4 other companions.
The authorities were able to retrieve 15 sachets of high-grade marijuana and the buy-bust money that was used to capture them.
The rapper denied the serious accusation, as he firmly believed that the evidences were just planted.

Meanwhile, a video of his much-talked-about arrest is now circulating and making noise in the online world.
It can be seen in the footage that a police officer was lecturing the famous FlipTop artist because of the incident.
Loonie can be heard explaining to the authorities, but the cops were firm on their statement that they spied on the suspect for two months.
“Puro ka deny nang deny… Nandiyan na nga eh. Ang daming CCTV, ang daming camera, ang daming pag-uusap,” the police officer quipped.
“Ang daming nag a-idolize nga sa’yo eh. Idol kita, pero noong nalaman ko, wala… Galit na rin ako sa’yo,” he added.
